PICKING UP YOUR BOX
Some of our pick up points are self serve from outside private residences. Shares will be labeled on a table. There will be a sign off sheet with a contact phone number in case your box is not present or you have any questions/concerns while picking up.
WHAT DO I DO WITH MY EMPTY BOX EACH WEEK?
At this time due to the current circumstances we ask that you dispose of your box liners and box in the trash. We will keep you updated and informed when this policy changes.
WHAT HAPPENS IF I FORGET TO PICK UP MY SHARE?
It is your responsibility to pick up you CSA share. If you forget you will not receive a refund.
If you know you can not make your pick up and would like to donate your box you can call us at 805-886-6135.
WHAT IF I AM GOING TO BE OUT OF TOWN FOR A WEEK AND DON’T WANT TO RECEIVE A CSA SHARE?
You can put your share on hold if you are going out of town but we need to know a minimum of 48 hours in advance.
